"🤬🤬 Juan was very insightful , got me the best deal & I’m now saving some money. 🤬❗️❗️Update:❗️❗️ This Good Review was before all of the Horrible Events. I lost $600 so far dealing with these unprofessional slimy agents. They convinced me to change insurance because I was going to get a “better rate” .. Turns out After a month of transferring somehow I realized that the VIN number was incorrect the price went from $278 to almost $500 after we changed the VIN, Crazy Because I Told Him My Correct VIN # Multiple times through out that week😢 . These agents are slimy so make sure you know what you’re getting into and all the information you provide is correct because these people don’t care they just want your money. GEICO hasn’t ever did this to me. They also tried to convince me to not leave a review here. But this is the reality. Imagine if I got into an accident and the car on file wasn’t correct I would’ve been screwed. Juan Hancapie Ospina was my agent So Disappointed"
