Hi, I'm Nicole! As the office manager I enjoy answering your phone calls and assisting you with servicing your policies. I like getting to know our customers and helping them through problem solving. I'm a Winter Garden local through and through, living in Downtown Winter Garden and having graduated from West Orange High in Winter Garden as well! I bring a lot of patience to the office and love being involved in the community through the volunteer work I do with my kid's school! Hey I'm Mike! I graduated from University of Southern Mississippi and have been working will all lines of insurance for the past 5 years. Hey, I'm Jess! I have been with the Shannon Till Team since July 2022. I help our customers with their insurance accounts, and I handle the Social Media and marketing for our office. I was born and raised right here in Winter Garden and went to West Orange High School, Go Warriors! In my free time, you can find me at the local Baseball or Softball fields, as my kids and I are all very involved in the youth Baseball/Softball communities.
